This year we would like to welcome the Wake County Animal Center and their Mobile Adoption Unit! They will be here both days with animals available for adoption and collecting goods for the creatures!

Are you looking for ways to help animals in our community, but already have pets at home to love and can't find time in your busy day to volunteer at the Animal Center? No problem—you can still have a positive impact on lost, surrendered or stray animals in our community by donating to the Wake County Animal Center.

    • Spray cleaners (i.e. Fantastic, Formula 409)
    • Bath Towels
    • Cat Toys (plastic toys that can be sanitized – no fabric)


The Wake County Animal Center is the community animal shelter operated by Wake County Government that receives all lost, stray, abandoned and surrendered animals from the community. This year the Animal Center will receive approximately 17,000 animals that are looking for second chances. Learn more about the center .
