Spell Writing Through Poetry

We will begin by discussing intent with spell writing. I will review different types of poetry including free verse, acrostic, sonnet, haiku, and limerick. After an introduction to each poem type, I will present a spell of my own that I have written. Participants will then take time to write their own poems.

Heather Gee "Lunapo"

Lunapo is the name Heather uses at magickal gatherings. Heather's patron goddess is the Moon and she has an affinity for all canines. Her magick name is the combination of two Italian words "Luna" and "Lupo". She awoke one night from a lovely dream involving both a timber wolf and the moon with Lunapo whispered to her.

Heather grew up in New Jersey and moved to North Carolina in 2008. She has been on her spiritual path since 2007. Heather is an eclectic solitary with strong Celtic and Scandinavian roots. She practices herbal and lunar magicks. She is an avid yogi, works with chakras and colors, and reads tarot. She can always be found in the kitchen, either making a potion or baking cookies.

Heather is married to her high school sweet heart and they have two fur babies, a pug and a boxer. She is a huge sports fan, and including all hockey but especially the 'Canes.
