(Raleigh) Pet Adoption Drive at Pagan Pride 2012

This year Pagan Pride Raleigh would like to welcome the Wake County Animal Center and their Mobile Adoption Unit! They will be here both days with animals available for adoption and collecting goods for the creatures!

  • Dog Toys (hard toys such as Kongs and Nylabones)
  • Thundershirts
  • Pet Brushes and Combs
  • Pet Shampoo
  • Kitten Formula (KMR)
  • Puppy Formula
  • Pet Nursing Kits
  • Pet Crates
  • Spray cleaners (i.e. Fantastic, Formula 409)
  • Bath Towels
  • Cat Toys (plastic toys that can be sanitized – no fabric)



The 
Wake County Animal Center is the community animal shelter operated by Wake County Government that receives all lost, stray, abandoned and surrendered animals from the community. This year the Animal Center will receive approximately 17,000 animals that are looking for second chances. Learn more about the center .


Pagan Pride Raleigh is the Central NC Chapter of the international Pagan Pride Project, a non-profit organization whose mission is to foster pride in Pagan identity, and to eliminate prejudice and discrimination based on religious beliefs, all through education, activism, charity and community.

The annual festival attracts nearly 2000 pagans, pagan friends and the pagan curious every year. Open to the general public, this autumn celebration offers two days of both entertainment and education through social, commercial and spiritual activities. All are welcome to join or observe rituals, attend workshops, meet local groups, and much more, all in a festival environment full of vendors, music, and fun.
